The AI Product Owner defines and drives the full lifecycle of AI products at Nuveen, bridging technical AI/ML teams with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact solutions. This role involves owning product strategy, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through collaboration across engineering, data science, and governance teams. Key focus areas include translating product requirements for non-technical audiences, defining KPIs for model performance, and mentoring junior product owners in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of AI/ML product strategy and roadmap
Partner with engineering teams to deliver well-defined epics and user stories
Define and track KPIs for model performance and business impact
Translate product requirements and technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Mentor junior product owners and foster a culture of innovation
