About this role

The AI Q2C Experience Program Management Office Lead is responsible for owning and maintaining the integrated AI Quote‑to‑Cash transformation roadmap across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. The role leads portfolio‑level planning, governance, and executive reporting for AI‑enabled initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, risk management, and benefit realization. It also coordinates cross‑functional teams to move AI projects from ideation through scaled deployment while driving continuous improvement in PMO practices.
