AI-Ready Data & Harness Engineering Leader

This role leads Singtel's AI-Ready Data & Harness Engineering pillar, responsible for the design, build, and continuous improvement of AI-ready reusable data products, knowledge assets, and retrieval harnesses at scale. Reporting directly to the Chief AIDA Officer, the position oversees the foundational AI data layer that drives multiplier effects across agents, models, and business units. The leader will establish strategy, governance, and engineering capabilities to ensure trusted, high-quality data consumption for AI initiatives.
