About this role

The AI Release Manager at ICON governs and orchestrates releases across the multi-agent framework, agent services, and central AI platform. This role ensures all production releases are secure, compliant, stable, and scalable, while managing the end-to-end release lifecycle and coordinating cross-functional activities. The incumbent acts as the primary point of contact for release communications and drives continuous improvement initiatives within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the release calendar and cadence across multiple programmes
Plan, schedule, and orchestrate releases end-to-end including feature releases and hotfixes
Coordinate cross-functional release activities across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
Define and enforce release quality gates ensuring compliance with governance requirements
Monitor release performance and drive post-release reviews for continuous improvement
