AI Solutions Developer

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to identify high-value problems and directing the AI-assisted development of custom in-house solutions, including web and mobile applications, workflow automations, and data pipelines. The position requires building and maintaining integrations with core SaaS platforms, extending AI capabilities, and managing solutions through testing, deployment, and user onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Claude, strong debugging instincts, and the ability to own work end-to-end with minimal direction.
