About this role

BioMed Realty is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to serve as the organization's dedicated resource for the evaluation, deployment, and ongoing oversight of artificial intelligence tools across all business functions. This cross-functional role bridges technology and operations, translating AI capability into practical, compliant, and measurable business value while collaborating with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory of all deployed AI tools and agentic workflows across the organization
Define and track key performance indicators for AI effectiveness and cost efficiency
Monitor AI outputs to detect performance degradation, model drift, or systematic errors
Lead proof-of-concept engagements and develop standardized evaluation frameworks for new tools
Partner with Legal and Compliance to enforce AI use policies and data security standards
