About this role

The role involves designing, building, and supporting DXC OASIS agentic AI for storage technologies globally. As a lead engineer, you will manage the full lifecycle of Python-based agents and tool servers, drive code quality through reviews, and solve complex production issues across the agent-vendor API stack.

Responsibilities

Lead design and build of Python-based agents and MCP tool servers
Develop and maintain FastAPI services with JSON-RPC and REST endpoints
Tune LangGraph ReAct agents for tool selection and parallel execution
Drive design discussions and conduct code reviews to set quality bars
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across multi-service stacks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science5+ years of relevant software engineering experience2 years in backend, API, or integration-focused roles
