About this role

The AI Transformation Strategy & Operation Lead establishes and governs Pfizer China's portfolio of AI-driven transformation initiatives within the GTM Transformation Team. As a senior leadership role, the incumbent orchestrates enterprise strategy, artificial intelligence applications, and commercial operations to drive measurable business impact. The position serves as the strategic nerve center, ensuring governance rigor, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence across all AI transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain comprehensive AI transformation strategy and governance frameworks
Oversee and manage the AI transformation project portfolio aligned with strategic OKRs
Serve as primary liaison between transformation team and senior leadership stakeholders
Develop and maintain integrated AI transformation roadmap guiding multi-year execution
Design and deliver executive-level dashboards to communicate transformation milestones and risks
