About this role
Assistant Cook role supporting the opening and operation of a Mezzanine client area and staff Café, preparing primarily cold-menu items in an in-house kitchen shared with external vendors. The position serves internal and external clients and contributes to menu building, inventory management, food waste prevention, and maintaining high standards of product presentation and food safety. The role is part of the Catering team and supports client meetings and events on the mezzanine.
