Aide, Special Education - FOCUS (Life Skills)

This position provides individualized, direct support to a student with complex learning, communication, behavioral, physical, and/or personal care needs throughout the school day. The paraprofessional works closely with the special education teacher and related service providers to implement the student's IEP and ensure safe participation in the school environment. The role involves assisting with daily living skills, behavior, functional academics, and personal care while maintaining the student's dignity and safety.
