AI/ML Senior Specialist

Cyncly is establishing a dedicated AI Centre of Excellence in Kochi, India, to build, fine-tune, and operationalize on-premises large language models across its product suite. The role involves training pipelines, fine-tuning domain-specific models, developing embeddings infrastructure, and integrating AI across five LLM use cases including product knowledge search and developer copilot assistance. The position requires hands-on technical expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and inference infrastructure to drive AI capabilities within the organization.
