Air Export Freight Forwarder

This role involves coordinating air export shipments from booking through departure, ensuring accurate and timely execution while maintaining proactive communication with clients, airlines, and vendors. The position requires preparing shipping documentation, monitoring shipment progress, and resolving operational challenges efficiently. It also includes negotiating competitive freight rates, managing financial processes like invoicing and cost reconciliation, and handling claims and exceptions in line with company policies.
