Air Freight Coordinator

This role supports day-to-day air freight import operations for a UK-based freight forwarding business, managing shipments from pre-alert through customs clearance and final delivery. The position is customer-facing and supplier-facing, requiring direct communication with airlines, overseas agents, and customers to proactively manage updates, exceptions, and delays. The ideal candidate will independently handle the full import shipment lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with international partners.
