Air Traffic Control (ATC) Training Supervisor

CI² Aviation, Inc. is seeking an experienced ATC Training Supervisor to oversee the tower training program at Biggs Army Airfield, supporting controller readiness through training coordination, instruction, performance evaluations, and qualification tracking. The role involves working with the ATC Facility Chief and Site Manager to develop and maintain personnel knowledge and proficiency for safe, efficient tower operations. This dedicated training position cannot be combined with other key personnel roles and excludes routine staffing assignments to scheduled control positions.
