About this role
An Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice at Boeing Defence UK joins the Burnell Aircraft Apprenticeship Programme, a 36-month IET-accredited training route to become a Vertical Lift Structural and Mechanical Aircraft Maintenance Technician. The programme combines classroom-based technical knowledge at ICAT with on-the-job training at RAF Odiham and other UK Boeing sites, beginning in September 2026. Apprentices will gain recognized Level 2/3 NVQ and technical qualifications while working on defence aircraft such as Chinook, Apache, P-8A and C-17.
