This full-time position serves as the centralized hub for monitoring, managing, and coordinating airport ground operations, including security, communications, and emergency response. The role involves operating communication systems, monitoring surveillance and alarm systems, and facilitating coordination between the FAA Tower, public safety agencies, and airport units during emergencies. The incumbent ensures compliance with security plans, manages access points, and provides customer assistance and lost-and-found services.
