Alchemy Trainer

The Alchemy Trainer facilitates employee training and supports the daily operation of the Alchemy Learning Management System (LMS) throughout the facility. This role serves as the primary on-site resource for training assignments, course completion, and system support while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety requirements. The position requires frequent interaction with employees, supervisors, and various teams to reinforce operational standards and support onboarding activities.
