ALD Process Development Engineer

This role leads the development of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for critical layers in perovskite solar cell stacks, including barrier, charge transport, and passivation coatings. The position involves owning precursor chemistry selection, optimizing process recipes for film quality and conformality, and integrating these layers into full device structures. The engineer will also mentor associate researchers and collaborate with packaging engineers on thin-film encapsulation strategies.
