The Alfa Laval Talent Program is a development initiative in Sweden for students in their 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree who plan to continue to a master’s, primarily in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Physics or Engineering Mathematics. The program offers practical experience, annual summer placements, thesis collaboration, mentorship and global networking with potential pathways to employment after graduation.
