About this role

Parsons is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support counter unmanned aerial systems (cUAS) operations. The role involves integrating intelligence from imagery, signals, human sources, and open sources to assess UAV threats, develop counter‑UAV strategies, and support planning and training exercises. The analyst will produce briefings and reports for senior leadership and collaborate with program and technical partners.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analysis of unmanned aerial systems
Identify and assess UAV threat trends and adversary TTPs
Develop strategies and tactics to counter UAV threats
Assist planning and delivery of cUAS exercises and training programs
Provide intelligence briefings and reports to leadership

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldActive Top Secret SCI with polygraphMaster's degree (desired)Formal IC or US military equivalent analyst training (desired)Technical writing experience (desired)
