ALM Systems Analyst

The ALM Systems Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing Polarion support and facilitating interactions between customer IT departments, Sterling Medical Devices, and Siemens. This role involves understanding client requirements, administering system configurations, and delivering user training to drive adoption and process improvements.
