Alpha for Prisons Relationship Officer

This role supports the growth and impact of Alpha in prisons across the UK by equipping prison chaplains, churches, volunteers, and organizations to share the gospel and support ex-offender reintegration. Working alongside the Prisons Development Manager, the position involves strengthening the prison ministry network through relationship management, event coordination, training delivery, and administrative support. The role aims to ensure more people in prison have the opportunity to encounter Jesus through Alpha.
