We are seeking certified fitness professionals to join Life Time and deliver premier Signature Group Training formats such as sprint coaching, Olympic lifting, or Reformer-based athletic training. As a Signature Format Coach, you will inspire members through high-energy, results-driven programming while cultivating a strong sense of community and maintaining a professional training environment. The role requires leading diverse, inclusive classes and participating in ongoing coaching development to deliver an exceptional member experience.
