About this role
A 12-month apprenticeship program (alternance) run by Richemont in partnership with EMA SUP Paris, placing participants in Montblanc boutiques starting September 2026. Candidates follow a Retail “incubator” curriculum combining on-the-job boutique experience and classroom training. The program leads to a state-recognized Bac+3 certification 'Responsable de développement commercial mode, luxe, beauté'.
