A High Jewelry Maison is offering a 12-month alternance Retail “incubator” program in partnership with Richemont and EMA SUP Paris starting September 2026. The program combines on-the-job training in a Van Cleef & Arpels boutique with classroom instruction leading to a state-recognized Bac+3 certification. Participants will develop their retail career within the luxury industry while learning the Maison’s standards and heritage.
