About this role

An Alternant Amélioration Continue will join the Manufacturing Operational Excellence team at Ipsen Pharma's Signes production site within the TechOps division. This role involves contributing to continuous improvement, Lean, and digital projects to enhance industrial performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a GMP environment. The intern will support operational teams, implement performance indicators, and foster a culture of excellence by proposing action plans and training peers on specific methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives across the industrial site
Assist operational teams in implementing improvement actions and following up on results
Contribute to identifying process and organizational improvement opportunities
Deploy and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment and processes
Train and support teams on continuous improvement methods and digital tools
