Alternate Contractor Program Manager (ACPM)

The Alternate Contractor Program Manager (ACPM) serves as the fully qualified and Government-approved backup to the Contractor Program Manager for the SPAS Subject Matter Expert Course Instructors Blanket Purchase Agreement. This role ensures uninterrupted program execution, continuity of leadership, and sustained quality of performance during any period when the primary Program Manager is unavailable. The position requires acting as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders and overseeing daily contract operations, instructor management, and quality control activities.
