About this role
The Alternate Open Pit Manager provides coordination and technical expertise for open pit mining operations, ensuring adequate resources and managing staff rosters to meet production targets. Reporting to the Open Pit Manager, the role supports delivery of short- and medium-term plans, capital and operational budgeting, and site-level business improvement initiatives. This is a permanent, roster-based onsite position with FIFO/drive-in/residential options in Western Australia.
