Alternate Underground Manager

The Alternate Underground Manager provides strong operational leadership across an assigned underground mining area at Mungari Operations, ensuring safe and reliable production outcomes. This role involves coaching and developing frontline leaders, coordinating with technical and maintenance teams, and managing operational risks and statutory compliance. As the nominated alternate, the position also requires stepping into broader whole-of-underground leadership and decision-making when the Underground Manager is unavailable.
