About this role

An Alternative Investments Operations Lead at Altruist will build and scale the operational foundation for a full-scale alternative investments custody and processing platform supporting private funds, interval funds, non-traded REITs, BDCs, and other complex asset classes. This is a hands-on leadership role partnering across Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Trading, and external vendors to ensure controls, readiness, and operational scalability. The position offers room to grow into broader ownership and people leadership over time.
