8–15 years of experience in asset servicing, alternatives, investment operations, solutions, or product roles with direct client exposureStrong understanding of private markets and their integration with public market portfolios and enterprise operating modelsProven ability to work across multiple business lines and influence stakeholders without direct authorityClient-facing mindset with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, outcome-oriented narrativesCommercial acumen and experience supporting revenue-generating or strategic client initiatives
