Alumni Coordinator

The Alumni Coordinator designs and implements a dynamic alumni engagement and aftercare program that fosters long-term recovery, well-being, and connection for graduates of The Midnight Mission's recovery program. Rooted in trauma-informed principles, the role ensures every alumni interaction reflects safety, empowerment, and dignity while supporting the Alumni Association board's initiatives. The position holds full ownership of the Alumni Mentorship Program, ensuring it aligns with trauma-informed practices and delivers meaningful outcomes.
