About this role

The Alumni Engagement Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business' Office of Advancement. Key duties include managing event registrations, handling logistics for alumni engagement events, analyzing attendance data in the university's CRM system, and assisting with budget management. This individual reports to the Director of Alumni Engagement & Events and facilitates communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage event registrations and RSVPs for alumni engagement activities
Coordinate pre, onsite, and post event logistics for various functions
Analyze attendance metrics and track data within the university CRM
Process vendor invoices and assist with office budget management
Serve as primary contact for communications and problem-solving with stakeholders
