Alumni Specialist

The Alumni Specialist supports participants after job placement by providing ongoing engagement, career advancement resources, and retention services to promote long-term employment success. This role maintains strong relationships with program graduates, supports retention outcomes, and builds an engaged alumni network that connects participants to continued education, training, and career advancement opportunities. The position works collaboratively across teams to provide client-centered services that support successful transitions from training to employment.
