AM Dishwasher

The Dish Machine Operator is responsible for washing dishes, glassware, and cookware by hand or using industrial dishwashers within a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role also involves maintaining clean and orderly kitchen work areas, stocking supplies, preparing place settings, and adhering to strict food safety and sanitation procedures. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while following OSHA and Department of Public Health guidelines.
