This role supports the shared services team by administering the Concur expense solution and ensuring adherence to corporate card policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will manage Concur rule configurations, resolve escalated T&E issues, and provide training and guidance to end users. As a subject matter expert, the position also involves supporting new process implementations and participating in strategic projects to improve the customer experience.
