About this role

An Amazon Connect Integration Engineer will design and manage contact center integrations by building scalable APIs and serverless workflows. The role requires deep expertise in Python, AWS services, and contact flow configuration to support seamless backend-to-UI functionality. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data models, manage infrastructure via Terraform, and support cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend and backend integrations
Build and manage Python-based AWS Lambda functions for serverless workflows
Configure Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic
Design and optimize DynamoDB schemas and scalable data models
Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
