The Ambassador Manager on the Patient Experience team supports Snow’s Patient Ambassador™ Program, representing the company in ambassador and patient/caregiver engagement. The role serves as the primary contact for Ambassadors and partners with internal account, programs, analytics, recruitment, coaching, and training teams to align ambassador initiatives with client objectives and the patient journey.
