Responsibilities

Create trauma-informed, trust-based relationships with guests experiencing homelessness
Conduct daily shelter check-ins and orient new guests to community guidelines
Lead Day Center groups on goal setting and host partner-led services
Connect guests to medical, mental health, and legal resources within the continuum of care
Provide conflict de-escalation and emergency response according to organizational protocol
