The Ambulatory Cardiac Clinical Dietitian provides nutrition services to patients in cardiac, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiothoracic surgery, and general surgery ambulatory clinics. The role delivers comprehensive, individualized nutrition assessments, develops and implements personalized care plans, and conducts ongoing follow-up to evaluate patient progress. The position operates in a hybrid model combining on-site and remote care as part of an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and optimize cardiovascular health.
