About this role

The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist provides integrated, patient-centered medication therapy management remotely to improve adherence and support prescribers in ambulatory clinics. The role partners closely with onsite hybrid teams to deliver virtual assessments, education, and evidence-based oversight across disease states. It also contributes to quality improvement, REMS compliance, and clinical program development while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.
