About this role
The Clinical Pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff at Cook Children's Dodson Medical Office Building. This role is focused in the Infectious Disease/HIV Clinic and supports medication management planning and patient/family education. The position works closely with providers, nurses, clinical technicians, pharmacy students, and residents to support optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate from ACPE School of Pharmacy
- PGY1 Residency (or 2+ years health-system experience)
- Pharmacist License (Texas) or License Eligible
- Texas Pharmacy Preceptor Licensure (obtain within 90 days)
- BLS
- PALS (critical care areas only)
