Ambulatory Float Pool Nurse - Faulkner

The Registered Nurse will serve as an Ambulatory Float team member across Endoscopy, Outpatient Infusion, Pain Management, and Interventional Radiology/Nephrology. Responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive patient care before, during, and after procedures while collaborating with various clinical disciplines to achieve defined outcomes. The role requires assessing complex patient needs, educating families, and maintaining the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in a fast-paced, procedural environment.
