About this role
The Pulse Ambulatory Scheduler at MultiCare supports adult outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services by coordinating patient appointments and administrative intake processes. The role serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, insurers, and referring provider offices to facilitate access to Pulse outpatient services. It is a part-time (0.8 FTE) weekday dayshift position within a large community-based health system.
