AM/DM – Process Support

This role serves as the primary point of contact for end users, facilitating the implementation of AMI-based functional and technical processes through dedicated support and L1 technical assistance. The position ensures continuous operational continuity by resolving end-user issues related to AMI core systems and supporting the development of standard operating procedures. It also involves contributing to training initiatives and capacity building for staff involved in AMI processes.
