About this role

The role leads and expands the AMER planning team and its vendor planners, overseeing performance management, coaching, and vendor relationships. It serves as the regional subject matter expert for Primavera P6 EPPM and Integrated Master Schedule best practices, ensuring alignment of bottom‑up planning with estimates and portfolio performance analysis. The position collaborates with central project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to integrate schedules and support reporting and KPI frameworks.
