An AmeriCorps Playworks Coach is an on-site service member placed in K-12 schools to support safe, inclusive play and youth development through Playworks programming. Coaches serve a fixed term of service, receive training and benefits, and gain hands-on experience in education and youth leadership while contributing to school culture and community engagement.
