AMES MGR PROD CONTROL

The Manager, Heavy Maintenance Production Control & Program Execution leads the systems, people, controls, and operating rhythm required to deliver heavy-maintenance aircraft safely, on time, and within the approved labor and financial plan. The role owns the Production Control system that tracks milestone health, work-card and non-routine flow, contract-code accuracy, labor and financial reporting, and cross-functional constraints. It supports Project Managers with reliable information for daily execution and recovery, while creating a strong feedback loop to Planning so future project plans, labor assumptions, task sequencing, and milestone standards continuously improve.
