AMI Operations Manager

The AMI Operations Manager oversees all operational activities related to the Authority's Advanced Metering Infrastructure, including meter data collection, system performance, and vendor coordination. This role involves supervising AMI Technicians and Analysts to ensure reliable operation of UIQ, Compass MDMS, and networked AMI devices while maintaining compliance with performance standards and service level agreements.
