AML Team Lead

This role involves managing a team of AML administrators and overseeing AML processes for new and existing business to ensure compliance with company and regulatory objectives. The position serves as the key point of contact for AML queries and escalations while ensuring timely management reporting and adherence to client SLAs. The incumbent will develop strong relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders, and assist in implementing regulatory changes and operational procedures. Additionally, the role includes motivating staff, managing performance, and ensuring benchmark KPIs are achieved.
